These Terms of Service govern your use of the UNKNOWN Clothing website and any purchases made through our online store.

Throughout these Terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to UNKNOWN Clothing. By accessing our website or placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

1. Our Online Store

Our website is operated using Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that enables us to sell our products to you.

You must provide accurate, current and complete information when placing an order. You are responsible for ensuring that your delivery address and contact information are correct before completing your purchase.

You must not use our website or products for any unlawful purpose or attempt to interfere with the operation or security of our website.

2. Products

We make reasonable efforts to display our products, colours, designs and images as accurately as possible. However, colours may appear slightly different depending on your device, screen settings and the manufacturing or printing process.

Many UNKNOWN Clothing products are produced to order by our fulfilment partners. Minor variations in print placement, colour or appearance may occur as part of the production process.

This does not affect your legal rights where goods are faulty, damaged, not as described or otherwise fail to meet the standards required by law.

Product availability may change without notice.

3. Prices and Payment

Prices displayed on our UK store are shown in pounds sterling (£) unless otherwise stated.

Any applicable delivery charges will be shown before you complete your order.

We reserve the right to change product prices at any time. A price change will not affect an order that we have already accepted.

Payment must be successfully authorised before an order can be processed.

4. Orders

When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation using the contact information supplied at checkout.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where:

payment cannot be authorised;
a product is unavailable;
there is an obvious pricing or product-information error;
we suspect fraudulent or unauthorised activity; or
we are unable to fulfil the order.

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund the relevant amount.

5. Production and Fulfilment

Our clothing is produced and fulfilled using third-party production and fulfilment partners.

Because products may be produced after an order is placed, there may be a production period before your order is dispatched.

Production by a third-party fulfilment partner does not affect your consumer rights or our responsibilities to you as the retailer.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Our current shipping options, charges and estimated delivery times are set out in our Shipping Policy and at checkout.

For UK orders, our current Standard UK Delivery charge is £3.99, with an estimated overall delivery time of 5–8 business days.

Delivery times are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates unless we expressly state otherwise.

We are responsible for the goods while they are being delivered to you in accordance with applicable consumer law. Risk generally passes to you when you, or a person identified by you, takes physical possession of the goods.

Please contact us if an order is significantly delayed, lost or arrives damaged.

7. Returns, Cancellations and Refunds

Returns, cancellations and refunds are handled in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy and your applicable statutory rights.

Where you have a statutory right to cancel an online purchase, that right is not removed simply because an item was produced after you placed your order.

Certain genuinely personalised or made-to-your-specification products may be excluded from statutory cancellation rights where the law permits. A standard UNKNOWN Clothing design being printed after an order is placed is not automatically treated as personalised solely because it is produced to order.

Nothing in these Terms limits your rights in relation to faulty, damaged, misdescribed or otherwise non-conforming goods.

8. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the content of this website, including UNKNOWN Clothing branding, graphics, designs, logos, photographs, text and other original material, belongs to us or is used by us with permission.

You may use the website for your own personal, non-commercial purposes.

You must not reproduce, copy, distribute, sell, modify or commercially exploit our protected content without permission, except where permitted by law.

9. Third-Party Services

We use third-party providers to operate parts of our business, including ecommerce, payment processing, production, fulfilment and delivery.

These providers may process information where necessary to provide their services. The handling of personal information is addressed further in our Privacy Policy.

Our website may also contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content or operation of websites that we do not control.

10. Promotions and Discount Codes

From time to time, we may offer promotions or discount codes.

Promotions may be subject to additional conditions, expiry dates or eligibility requirements. Unless otherwise stated, discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash or combined with other offers.

We reserve the right to withdraw or amend a promotion where reasonably necessary, provided this does not affect rights already acquired by customers.

We aim to keep our website available and information accurate, but we cannot guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted or free from technical errors.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed or for losses arising from circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If you are purchasing products as a consumer, we are not responsible for business losses arising from your use of products purchased primarily for personal use.
