Thank you for shopping with UNKNOWN Clothing. All of our products are made to order and fulfilled by our print and fulfilment partner.

UK Shipping

We currently offer Standard UK Delivery for £3.99.

Our estimated delivery time is 5–8 business days from the date your order is placed.

As our products are made to order, your order will need to be produced before it is dispatched. Delivery estimates include an allowance for both production and shipping.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Occasionally, orders may take longer due to production delays, courier delays, busy periods, adverse weather or other circumstances outside our control.

Order Processing

Once your order has been placed, it will be sent to our fulfilment partner for production. You will receive an order confirmation at the email address provided during checkout.

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided where available.

Please ensure that your delivery address is correct before completing your purchase. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible at unknownclothing2026@gmail.com. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered production or been dispatched.

International Shipping

International shipping availability, costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout where available. International orders may take longer than UK orders.

Customers ordering outside the UK may be responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes or customs charges imposed by the destination country, unless these are collected at checkout.

Delayed or Missing Orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery period, please allow a short additional period for unexpected courier delays.

If you believe your order has been lost or there is a problem with the delivery, contact us at unknownclothing2026@gmail.com with your name and order number and we will investigate the issue.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at unknownclothing2026@gmail.com. Please include your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging where relevant so that we can investigate and arrange an appropriate solution.
